Turnaround Services

ASAP offers un-compromised turn-around services. Technical planning and coordination of those services is paramount to this discrete service. Additional support is to compliment our turn-around services are acquired as well as coordinated cradle to grave by our professional and knowledgable staff.

This coupled with required cleaning equipment, Environmentally freindly cleaning chemicals and monitoring of job procedures make us leaders in this area of the turn-around serivecs and plant maintenance.

Hot Oilers

Our mainstay service started with Hot Oilers. We offer 5 mm and 7 mm BTU Hot Oiling units. The 5 and 7 mm BTU units are equipped with High Pressure Pumps capable of 35 Mpa (5000 psi.) pressures. Couple that with over 80 years of combined experience in Hot Oiling and we offer a very capable service.

(2) 5 mm BTU Units in Grande Prairie as well as Hinton

(1) 7 mm BTU Units are available in Grande Prairie, Hinton as well as Dawson Creek

Frac Water Heating Body Loads and Trailers

Heating Tanks and Pits has never been so easy. We offer (1) 3 mm BTU unit, (3) 7 mm BTU (14 mm BTU combined) diesel fired body load units, as well as (4) 35 mm BTU propane fired trailer units.

3 mm BTU unit is located in Hinton

14 mm BTU unit are located (1) each in Grande Prairie, Hinton and Dawson Creek

35 MM BTU Units are located (2) in Grande Prairie and (2) in Hinton

(2) of these 35 mm BTU units are brand new additions as of October 2011

New for 2011 and 2012 season is a Twin 11 mm BTU (22 mm combined) trailer unit available in the Hinton area

Tank Trucks

Our fluid transportation fleet is capable of hauling water, crude oil, methanol, chemicals, drilling fluids, workover fluids and condensate.

Currently we have (4) units working out of our Grande Prairie facility

Steam Trucks

Our trucks are perfect for any equipment cleaning, tank/vessel clean outs and valve thawing.

Grande Prairie, Hinton and Dawson Creek are home to (1) each of our high pressure self contained steam units.

Each unit carries two wands with enough high pressure steam (3000 psi) to satisfy most any of your needs.

Pressure/Pumping Unit

We currently provide (3) Pressure Body Load Units capable of pumping to 70 Mpa (10,000 psi). Two unit also have mounted on them a 15,000 psi pump for those low rate very high pressure jobs our customers require.

Soon we will have (1) each of these units working out of Grande Prairie, Hinton and Whitecourt

New for this year (So Far) is a 15,000 psi single axle body load pump unit which will hit the road sometime in late November for that discrete high pressure work in our immediate area of Grande Prairie.

Acid/Invert Heater

Used with one of our hot oiler trucks this unit is ideal for heating Acid and Invert.

This unit is now converted primarily for pressure services but is still available as a pull behind trailer unit.

Combo-Vac Trucks

We currently have (2) 2011 Combo (Steam)/ Vacuum Units which are both available in the immediate Grande Prairie area.
